The doctors are amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them but the admin staff are horrible. Everytime i visit they are rude and just act like they don’t want to be there and it’s a hassle that they have to even talk to people
Never thought i will write a review for a GP to be honest. As a matter of fact, i almost don't want you to rely on this, so i can have access to them. I have never had an experience of a clinic before where doctors go out of their way to help you. Naming Dr Earl is not because i am to single one out, but Michael, if you are reading this i am forever grateful to guide us though that overseas shtshow we needed to deal with yesterday. You, and your team, worth your weight in gold!
I have been going to the Redlands Clinic for 15+ years now. The Doctors are excellent, however of late the admin staff is not. They are very rude, aggressive and makes you feel as if you owe them something. I had a consultation with a Doctor 3 days ago and forgot to ask for a renewal of my script. This is for the exact problem I went to the Doctor in the first place. I was told by a very aggressive and rude Blonde reception that I either pay for another consultation, or go without my script. My family and I have been patients of this clinic for 10 years and we've been well looked after. The reception staff is polite and professional and the Doctors are great. Shout out to Dr Earl, our regular GP, who is amazing.
