Best doctors in the Redlands! Dr Testa is one of a kind. Incredible with my small children. Always get an appointment quickly & the front desk staff are friendly & very helpful!
The doctors are amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them but the admin staff are horrible. Everytime i visit they are rude and just act like they don’t want to be there and it’s a hassle that they have to even talk to people
Never thought i will write a review for a GP to be honest. As a matter of fact, i almost don't want you to rely on this, so i can have access to them. I have never had an experience of a clinic before where doctors go out of their way to help you. Naming Dr Earl is not because i am to single one out, but Michael, if you are reading this i am forever grateful to guide us though that overseas shtshow we needed to deal with yesterday. You, and your team, worth your weight in gold!
I have been going to the Redlands Clinic for 15+ years now. The Doctors are excellent, however of late the admin staff is not. They are very rude, aggressive and makes you feel as if you owe them something. I had a consultation with a Doctor 3 days ago and forgot to ask for a renewal of my script. This is for the exact problem I went to the Doctor in the first place. I was told by a very aggressive and rude Blonde reception that I either pay for another consultation, or go without my script.
