I have been attending John's Yoga classes for 4 years. He conducts his classes in a professional but enjoyable way. All age groups will benefit from the stretches, poses and correct breathing experienced in each class. Prices for a six week period are very reasonable. I feel so much better mentally and physically after each class. Carolyn Fisher.
Can't speak highly enough of John's classes. I found it benefits my state of mind and it also significantly improves low back pain I get from disc injuries. I find the classes way cheaper and similar effect as going to the physio or getting a massage.
A very enjoyable morning of yoga is to be had with John at his Redland Yoga and Meditation classes. I attend his Saturday morning class at Birkdale with a group of like minded ladies and as well as keeping our bodies and minds fit we have a few laughs. Our particular group are all in our 70's, so ladies (and men), it's never too late. An enjoyable morning is to be had by all.
John's yoga classes inspire. I love his reminder that doing yoga asana is like having a massage, you choose the level of intensity that is just right for you. No matter where you are that day, practicing at your own level makes the experience enjoyable. And when I get to his meditation sessions I can feel not just my body, but my mind unwinding, relaxing, destressing. Thank you John. Wish I made it there more often!
Love my Saturday morning yoga it’s my Happy Place, John is a wonderful instructor specially on us up there in the older age group. 🧘♂️🧘♂️
