Definitely not the same anymore. There is an auto mechanic named Bill that what always work on my car. He was kind, professional and always honest. Unfortunately they let him go. Bill worked for Liberty for many years. I could say they don't look out for their employees. As a small business and having such a hard-working and loyal employee and getting rid of him. I will not be coming back and it shows what kind of business that you really are.

I heard a rattling sound in my car last night, and my family desperately needs use of my car for daily medical treatments and long drives. I was so worried I would have a costly repair and time without a car, needing to rely on rides from friends. I dropped my car off this morning with John, explained our urgent need to use the car this afternoon and asked if he could at least find time this morning to see what the issue was/if it could be fixed quickly. If you need a good, honest, and reliable auto mechanic this is the place. They won’t upsell you with nonsense you don’t need. I even brought my vehicle to them and asked if my vehicle needed a service a “stealership” said my vehicle needed. They informed me the car didn’t need that service yet, but it would in the next 30k miles or so.

Horrible customer service. I went for gas, and the owner made a side comment to the employee, telling them to tell me next time to go to the ATM. (Loud enough where I heard it and someone else) It was $100, but if he didn’t want to give me change, or go get it he could’ve said so. It was uncalled for and as if walking into the other room that’s about 5 feet away to get it was a big hassle. I could’ve taken my business elsewhere. I was making an appointment for the summer deal…glad I didn’t.
