Idiotic nurse decided that the cut on my sisters hand wasn't deep enough to warrant stitches, they instead put a surgical strip on it. It was a 2 and a half cm deep cut, she had to get it restitched PROPERLY at the urgent care facility. You need to train staff better this treatment is unacceptable, two days of an open wound and it could've had a high chance of infection due to this nurses incompetence. Well I did have a very accurate and scathing review up for this hospital but it appears to have been removed, was assaulted by a nurse with a cannula at this hospital and when I asked them to take it out as it was excruciating three nurses piled on and told me I was wrong and couldn't possibly be in pain, when I said take it out its excruciating they made a big deal about how I wouldn't get another one for hours now and they'd have to get a doctor to do it (all BS, had a ultrasound guided cannula at RBH 2 weeks ago by a nurs... read more

I went to the emergency room for dizziness, shakiness and sweating, after two hours of waiting we asked how much longer, they quite rudely said “the normal wait time is 6-8 hours, you’ve only been here for 2”. went to princess alexandra instead, was seen immediately and turns out i have complete heart block.

The very best service at Redlands Hospital. Doctors are very good with patients deliver care in great time. The nursing staff are so kind & carring to the patients. The nurses make good use of time to care for unwell patients.

The maternity team are amazing ! And the home visits were exceptional. I will never forget the kind midwife’s during my delivery !
