Me and my grandmother have been coming here since they have opened and have always had a great experience kind staff, easy to book and they always have appointments available. Dr Tin and Dr Sabai have always gone above and beyond and we will always be thankful to them.
Disappointed, I had been going to this surgery for years and I had always been bulk billed as I'm on a pensioner concession health care card/Medicare card. my partner made an appointment for me on HotDoc for a blotch on my right cheek on my face and when I got to the appointment, I was told I would be charged between $90 and $130 or some amount along those lines for the skin check up depending on what needed to be done. What more could a person want?? At Redland City Medical Centre you get reception who are extremely pleasant and efficient. The nurses are also extremely pleasant, caring and efficient. Whenever I have been given an injection I have to ask has she done it yet? I have found Dr Win a doctor who listens to me, is interested in me and is also pleasant and efficient in that he has helped me with my issues. Similarly my wife finds Dr Sabai the same. Firstly I want to say that both the doctors at this surgery are fantastic. They are thorough and caring and I have a number of chronic issues that they attend to perfectly. Tanya at reception is also lovely and very helpful. I have a different view of Angela. I had an appointment with Dr Win to have some skin cancers removed but my pay was late coming in so I couldn't afford to go. I rang to cancel and knew I would need to pay a fee. After 2 appointments with Dr Tin Win for skin checks and biopsies, I have been impressed with his skills and patient care. His staff are friendly and helpful and I will be happy to return to Redland City Medical Centre for future skin checks.
