This medical centre is outstanding. The admin staff are friendly and efficient, the nurses are caring and professional, and the doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The whole team creates a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel well cared for. Highly recommended.

My father and I moved to the area 4 years ago and needed a new doctor. I found Redland City Medical Centre and we both could not be happier. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. My father sees Dr Win and I see Dr Sabai and I cannot fault either of them. They are both extremely professional, thorough and very caring. Tanya the receptionist is such a lovely lady and nurse Si is also very caring and professional. Really frustrating experience here. They offer Telehealth appointments, but on three occasions the doctor called 1.5–2 hours after my scheduled time. I had to go back to work, so I missed the calls and then got charged a missed appointment fee. When I questioned it, I was told “that’s not how telehealth works, the doctor will call when they have time and appointment times aren’t relevant,” which surely defeats the purpose of having an appointment? Had a skin check and he wanted to biopsy two on my face area for $350. I declined and went the next day to my old skin check clinic. The two on my face were deemed safe and nothing to worry about. I didn't disclose this to the second opinion I got. So what the he'll is going on?. These professionals in different fields are just money hungry jerks. Will never go to this surgery ever again.
