This was my first visit here and the doctor made me wait 25 minutes despite me being the first appt for the day. I booked the only female doctor there Dr Sabai Naing as I wanted to discuss perimenopause symptoms and adjusting the medication I was already on, and wanted a female who could relate. Her profile online specifically said she had a 'special interest in women's health' yet in the appointment she literally said to my face that she "knows nothing about perimenopause" and directed me back to my old doctor. This medical centre is outstanding. The admin staff are friendly and efficient, the nurses are caring and professional, and the doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The whole team creates a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel well cared for. Highly recommended.
My father and I moved to the area 4 years ago and needed a new doctor. I found Redland City Medical Centre and we both could not be happier. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. My father sees Dr Win and I see Dr Sabai and I cannot fault either of them. They are both extremely professional, thorough and very caring.
