Excellent Customer Service. I was trying to source replacement rollers for a very heavy glass door without much luck. When I called Redland City Glass & Aluminium I spoke with Mel on the phone and she could not have been any more friendly and helpful. She was able to identify the brand of door and put aside the rollers for me to collect later that day.
Nick and Mel and their team were fabulous to deal with. Nick quoted me a reasonable price and the work was carried out within our agreed timeframe to a high standard. They replaced a glass sliding door and fixed glass panel from my house that was built in the 1980s. The door gets used every day so was important to get right. Thanks Redland City Glass & Aluminium for giving great customer service and being good communicators. I recommend this business for all your glazing needs.
