If you expect that someone will check under your house for termites, or spend more than 10 minutes at your house, this is not the service for you. They sent a guy to a property on stilts, and he only wanted to check inside the property. Before he started, I asked about underneath, and he said inside only. Then he walked away after I told him there was access under the house (I assumed to get proper workwear on).
