Diana is as good as it gets.great communicator, very helpful and anticipates issues we didn't prepare for. Helped move boxes 2 or 3 times.
Great location. Caring staff that takes the time to get to know you. Enjoying being here. Maintenance requests are quickly responded to and taken care of.

I had a tour scheduled with Diana and when I arrived nobody came for me. I waited around for about 15 minutes calling but kept getting no answer. I continued to try to follow-up but got zero acknowledgement at all. Edit: update after follow-up. I do hope you feel better soon following the medical emergency, but also find it concerning there only seems to be one person in the office with no backup.
