Management here is wonderful --personable and quick to respond to requests and problems.
We’ve lived at Rediviva at the Waterfront since 2020, and it’s been a great experience. The building is well-kept and modern, and the location and views are hard to beat! The manager, Diana, goes above and beyond in planning fun community events, keeping us informed on what’s happening in the neighborhood, and quickly taking care of any issues that arise. Rediviva offers a wonderful community in a beautiful spot, and we’re very happy to call it our home.
My wife and I lived here for one year and can’t say enough good things about the property and staff. Apartment itself was ideal with nice amenities and space. Communal areas were always clean and well maintained. Rooftop is amazing and the grill is a huge plus. Diana was always on top of letting residents know of cleanings, townhalls, meet and greets, etc. Any issues requiring maintenance were handled in a timely manner.
