Sylvia helped me complete my screening for employment. She is a very kind woman and helped put me at ease. The facilities are nice and clean. Office is located upstairs facing the entrance into the park. Park to the right of the West Court signage, go up the stairs, make a left, and it’s the door all the way at the end. For reference, it’s ABOVE the red door with the ‘100’ over it.

My appointment was at 8:40 I showed up at 8am, the people that were supposed to tend to us arrived at 8:40 with no regards to any of us waiting to be seen. (Looked like they just jumped out of bed) I was seen at 9:07. I do have to admit tho, the lady who tended to me was great! She got the job done in only 5 minutes. What im saying is, if you have an appointment, why cant they do their job at the proper time of our appointment? We could've been in and out within 5 minutes of our scheduled time.

We visited this location for a TSA PreCheck enrollment and found the experience to be underwhelming. While the staff wasn't necessarily rude, there is a total lack of urgency or 'inspired' service. The environment feels very sluggish, and the process took much longer than expected for what should be a quick check-in. It honestly feels like the TSA enrollments are an afterthought here compared to their other testing services. Very unprofessional business. They tell customers to arrive 15 minutes early, yet they were late opening the place themselves even though their hours say they open at 8 AM. It really seemed like they don’t know how to run the place. Don’t waste your time, book somewhere else.
