We visited this location for a TSA PreCheck enrollment and found the experience to be underwhelming. While the staff wasn't necessarily rude, there is a total lack of urgency or 'inspired' service. The environment feels very sluggish, and the process took much longer than expected for what should be a quick check-in. It honestly feels like the TSA enrollments are an afterthought here compared to their other testing services. Very unprofessional business. They tell customers to arrive 15 minutes early, yet they were late opening the place themselves even though their hours say they open at 8 AM. It really seemed like they don’t know how to run the place. Don’t waste your time, book somewhere else.

Horrible Experience this past week when i had to do a random Alcohol and drug test for my employer Via Metropolitan Transit. When i arrived I was asked if I was ready to which my answer was no i was taken to the back room to do the breath Analyzer test. Then Sylvia Barnes the Collector for the testing said give me what you got i did not have enough urine to fill up the tubes for testing i then went up to the front lobby.
