The resources are great. Staff replies to questions and concerns in a timely matter. The ongoing coaching is essential as I learned something new each time. I achieved my goal of weight loss, but also had a reduction in thyroid meds, something I did not expect. My knees are way less achy and I have less fatigue. I am more productive in my days and spend way less time on the couch feeling down and unmotivated. I am working on more weight loss and and hoping I can get off high blood pressure meds in the future.
Dr. LaForce has helped me get my life back. I am healthier than I have been in a very long time.
