We've been really happy with the process so far. The level of communication has been great. Willingness to change plans and work with us is exactly what is required.
I am going to give a 5 star. Before locking in with SW1 homes , I have consulted with other who gave very vague information and was rushing to get the 3K deposit for the land survey. Whereas my sales consultant was Ben Golowyn. He was very patient and professional with me and provided me with sample outlay and also advised me what would best suit for my Land. He was not pushy and gave enough information to me so that i could make a sound decision. So far it has been a 5 star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
