I am going to give a 5 star. Before locking in with SW1 homes , I have consulted with other who gave very vague information and was rushing to get the 3K deposit for the land survey. Whereas my sales consultant was Ben Golowyn. He was very patient and professional with me and provided me with sample outlay and also advised me what would best suit for my Land. He was not pushy and gave enough information to me so that i could make a sound decision. So far it has been a 5 star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We began our building journey with a Perth based Redink Homes representative who displayed professional attention to detail with our initial plan/layout requirements based on the land size - drawing and re-drawing plans with infinite patience to meet specific local zoning requirements. I cant speak more highly of Georgia and Darren. Our build experience has been so smooth and actually enjoyable. Every deadline given has been met or completed sooner. Communication throughout has been unfaultable. Any questions weve had, has been answered and actioned without issue. After slab down in February, today we got our keys to our beautiful new home. Big massive thank you to the SW1 team and more specifically Georgia and Darren. Thank you for helping us bring your dream home to life.
