I visited the Busselton Redink office two weeks ago to build a house in Vasse. Since no consultant was available at the time, I made an appointment for today. However, when I arrived at the office at the scheduled time 11am, the doors were locked and the consultant didn't even answer my calls, so I had no choice but to turn back. This was extremely frustrating, and I have completely lost faith in this company. I certainly cannot trust them with such a major financial investment
