Update: years later and Brett is still the only realtor I work with! He's now handled every home purchase or sale in our family for the past 10 years and always will in the area! We have now purchased twice and sold once with Brett, and we will not hesitate to go back to him for any future real estate needs. He is easy to work with, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable.
