Contacted commercial HVAC service and repair. 4 visits, two paid invoices and billed a year later after contacting them after fourth visit that the AC unit isn’t working immediately after catch left. Failed to return my call or respond to my email. Turned out that the tech that came out all 4 times was fired from Zenner & Riiter for not actually doing the work he was billing customers. BEWARE..
My tech Mike was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly. Got me up and running in no time. Kept a clean work area as well.
Jacob was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having and was very quick with the prices and stuff we needed.
The tech was very knowable quickly found the problem. and replaced only the items needed . His expert repair saved me having to replace my boiler.
