Sorry but I dislike this place sooo much. People who answer the phones are rude. Doctors are dismissive. They’ll literally throw any easy diagnosis at you like “anxiety” or “ear infection”. I know it’s just an urgent care, but they’re not thorough at all for how long you have to wait.
Takes so long to be seen. Only 1 person working. Needs more staff. Need sto be a quicker service.
Came in for a DOT physical and was helped by Tonya and Kim and they were great! Tonya was very friendly and takes the time to go into detail on everything and Kim helped me understand the process of things and made sure all of my questions were answered. Definitely recommend this location!
Put a nail in my foot the girls were all very friendly and the Np was extremely thorough as she new I’m a diabetic highly recommend
