boyfriend came here for a drug screening and had an appointment for 1:30 pm. didn’t get called back until a little after 3 and took about an hour and some to be done with the screening due to being left in a room in the back. people after him got let out before him and staff kept calling people back when he hadn’t even been helped yet. the room is also freezing when it’s already cold outside. definitely would not come here voluntarily
The staff were friendly and courteous. I went for a drug screening and wasn’t sure if they’d see me considering it was near closing but they scheduled me an appointment and told me to come on in. Thank you for great service on a short notice!
Came in for a physical for work. Had an appointment at 1 and got here right on time. Spend 20 minutes filling out paperwork, an hour waiting to be called, 10 min taking vitals and stuff with a nurse, and have now been waiting 1:20 to hear anything from them. Think they have forgotten me in this room. What a joke.
Over 3 hr wait with a appointment this place need s to be shut down what a joke. Took two hrs past appointment just to get called back. Then the rx tec is the one that did most of the work up for physical how in the heck is that right
I sat there and wait almost 30 minutes to start a physical and then after they got my vitals it took my doctor over 2 hours to even come see me and lady said I was next in line when I asked about it what was going on and I probably have waited another 30 to 40 minutes before I even got seen by the doctor just for a simple physical for work relations I did not think that they should be in business at this point I think that they need to either get more help and have the right proper staffing or they need to shut down
