Outstanding customer service! I placed an online order through PayPal and got an error message saying my transaction did not complete. Within a few minutes Ed from Redimat called, saying he had seen the error message and wanted to assure me my order would be processed. I’ve never had an online retailer call me before and I was amazed! I still am!

Great job and easy to place an order online. The mat and backing did come bent - I think due to shrink wrapping. But I emailed about that and sent pics, and they recut a new one for me. I really appreciated that, and there was no hesitation or question. As a result, I hung the cover art I made for a book I wrote. This is a proud sentimental thing to have hung.

So grateful for this business. I make cyanotypes, which are sensitive to alkaline environments, so finding an unbuffered mat is important for preservation. Un-buffered 100% cotton rag mats have been really hard for me to find, let alone finding a shop that custom cuts them. The material was prepared in a timely manner, arrived well package, was in excellent condition, gorgeous, and measured correctly. This company is committed to quality and archiving. I will be ordered through them from now on!
