Placed a customer order online and it arrived in no time. Excellent packing! No fear of it bending in transit. Great job Redimat! The mat was exactly what I wanted. I will use them again!

Great job and easy to place an order online. The mat and backing did come bent - I think due to shrink wrapping. But I emailed about that and sent pics, and they recut a new one for me. I really appreciated that, and there was no hesitation or question. As a result, I hung the cover art I made for a book I wrote. This is a proud sentimental thing to have hung.

I love the Redimat team. I had some hiccups with my order, but Ed was very accommodating and the issue was resolved swiftly. The mats were perfect and arrived very fast. I will be using Redimat again!
