Got a bill after i payed in cash for out of pocket and they charged my card again. BBB was told about this and will be talking to a lawyer about this as well
Took my child to get vaccinated. They didn’t inform me or have me sign anything. Just said it would be entered into a “database “ that the school would be able to look up??? Schools can’t find it. Nobody at corporate will answer the damn phone and the clinic I took her took is now permanently shut down.
Went here for the flu. Ended up paying my copayment and getting the insurance statement saying I do not owe anything else. Found a payment for $90 on my account, called credit card company to dispute it. They said they sat up monthly payments of $90 each month. This is a scam!!! Do not come here!!! Go anywhere else. Can’t wait to chew the hell out of the corporate office. Worst experience ever!!!!
Getting double billed and not able to get a hold of supervisor or manager. Keep leaving messages week after week but no one ever calls back. Staff is rude and completely unhelpful and allegedly on one supervisor to deal with problems yet he or she is never around or ever calls back. Bad experience with redi clinic from local location to corporate.
