For all home owners, apartment complex owners, landlords etc. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE REAL FLOORS. I have had one of the worst customer experiences with them in my life. They were scheduled to come to my townhouse to replace my carpet in my entire upstairs. I called the day before and they confirmed the date and that the entire job would get done that day.
