Husband was scheduled for a colonoscopy and the doctor never showed. Not sure how you can make someone fast for 24hrs while on laxatives and then not show up. Also had a blood draw that was scheduled and never told about. When confronted they blamed everyone except themselves. I don't think they even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional and rude.
I love the nurses the doctors are cool
His office now owes me $300.00 and I am very doubtful he will make it right I'll be waiting. I had to go to a woman's clinic in fort Wayne and pay out of pocket for a ultrasound.A test that was previously approved and ordered and mistakenly refused by insurance, but would be approved if reordered.
