THE RECEPTIONIST WERE SNOTTY, I THOUGHT MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 7:15. I GOT THERE AT 7:10 TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST MY NAME & WHO I WAS THERE TO SEE. THEY SAID "HAVE A SEAT WE'LL LET HER KNOW YOUR HERE." I SAT THERE TILL 7:50 WITHOUT BEING ASKED ONCE AGAIN WHO MY APPOINTMENT WAS WITH. stay away from this place. joanna stylist doesnt know how to cut hair unless u want a bob. I have curly hair and told her that I want layers all over including the sides and front. i got doggie ears on sides. complained to owner and he was so rude, his name is Ben and he told me I am probably the type that complains a lot. HOW RUDE! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Honeslty, all people are capable of having bad days...even receptionist. People have things going in their lives that can follow them to work. So to the lady that had one bad experience that costed her a whopping 50 minutes of her precious life...really? God forbid someone catches you on a bad day, huh? I have been to Salon Moulin Rouge twice. Every 2 years I give away 10-12 inches of my hair. I expected that I might be treated less than special because I was receiving a complimentary cut. Let me say that was not the case. I felt completely pampered in everyway. My hair looks fabulous. On most recent cut I explained to my stylist what cut I liked, and then told her my story - that I only see a salon every 2 years or so. This is the best salon I've ever been to. Every time I walk in there, and no matter who does my hair, I always look great. All of the stylists are WELL qualified & trained, not only outside of the salon, but they must be an apprentice with someone in the salon before they can work on their own. I'm always confident that no matter what a stylist does with my hair, it will always turn out fabulous!
