I joined this surgery with ny mam and dad when I was 10 years old I am 80 now it was in Roker avenue, and was run.by Dr babet hertz she was a wonderful Doctor along with Doctor Cohen, his son joined the practice and moved into the house where the practice his now, there as been some characters thereover the years but on the whole I would say good people, nowadays the Doctors and staff are run off there feet with no rest, I understand patients being unpainted but that is.what life is like nowadays, today's doctors are as.good... read more
Mum in law was told by surgery to ring 111 (she had trouble breathing) went to a and e waited for 3 hrs with her, to be told nothing we can do make an appointment at your surgery! She rang again this morning at 8.30am to be told very busy but you will be called today with an appointment. I rang back twice to be told the same waffle even went in to be told busy... not 1 person in waiting room. And now it's closed till Monday. A complete joke
