Mornings with Chase make my week. He drives you to push yourself. He has been able to follow my journey over the past couple years and not only help recover through injuries but push through weakness. Chase brings the energy to the 0'Dark Thirty Crew!
Kaley fully educates via verbal instructions and physical demonstration. She scales exercises to an attainable level, while never letting up on a quality, limit pushing workout in the best possible way. I leave Kaley's classes felling built up into a better person than when I came in the door.
One of the most inspiring/motivating coaches at Red Horse is Ashley. This lovely lady is a breath of fresh air that will have you sweating buckets with a smile on your face. There's no can't with Ashley because she takes your success to heart. She's patient and kind of a bad ass wrapped in sunshine. You'll love working out with Coach Ashley.
