What a great experience. After reading countless reviews, Redhorn Pump Service kept coming up as one of the only companies that actually answer their phone. And sure enough Arnie picked up on the second ring and came out the same day. We needed to upgrade our old pressure system and the well pump and he quoted a fair price. Arne and his crew are some of the nicest, hardest working professionals in Montana. They helped us out on more than one occasion of pump and well needs and even an urgent weekend phone consult! On top of that, they are just good people.
When we turned our kitchen sink on, after we had all showered and there was no water coming out, we called Redhorn Pump Service first thing the next morning. They came out right away and in between jobs had it fixed for us in just a few hours. Can’t recommend them enough!
When I found that we had no water flow from our well, we called Redhorn Pump Service and spoke with Arne. Although it wasn’t even 8:00 a.m., Brandon was here in 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it. Water back on in less than an hour! Equally important, I called Arne back and he patiently explained the process for draining sediment from the lines. 5-Stars !!
