We highly recommend Red Horn Pump! Waking up to no water last week, we quickly started making phone calls. We called 4 other Pump services in the Polson area. Not one answered their phone or returned our call. Arnie picked up on the 2nd ring and immediately started troubleshooting our problem. If any of you need a pump service, I highly recommend Red Horn Pump Service out of Saint Ignatius. We have a Vrbo on flathead Lake and I was there on Friday late afternoon getting it ready for our first summer guest on Sunday of 4th of July week. I immediately noticed we did not have water. Completely panicking I called Red Horn Pump Service who had replaced our well pump two years before and the owner Arnie answered the phone. Amazing service, very personable and they show up as soon as you call. Can't recommend enough!
When my well went dry, I followed one of their crew trucks to their shop. Talked to the owner Arne, he gave me several things to check. I called later that day and he said he would be there in the morning. Him and his crew showed up, fixed a few issues and got me back to pumping water. He even called back over the next couple days to follow up and make sure things were still working. Excellent customer service, and his services didn't break the bank, very reasonable. Thank you.
