Update July 2026: I will only give Arne and his crew a 24 1/2 out of 5 stars just because he didn't bring the world's finest champagne to christian our new well! Our well went dry again, we had to wait 8 weeks to get a new well drilled, once the new well was drilled, his crew didn't wait a day before we were back up and drinking water. Arnie and his whole crew are amazing. We had pressure issues and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. He explains things in a way that is understandable, and honest. He even called a couple of days later to check and make sure things were in working order! There is a reason he has all 5 star reviews! He gives nothing less than 110%.
What a great experience. After reading countless reviews, Redhorn Pump Service kept coming up as one of the only companies that actually answer their phone. And sure enough Arnie picked up on the second ring and came out the same day. We needed to upgrade our old pressure system and the well pump and he quoted a fair price.
