Brandon and team were amazing in response time and diagnosis to full repair and replacement. It’s tough to find quality tradesmen around the area that truly care about their customers and follow through with their scheduling and work completion. Was a pleasure to have these guys take care of our well and pump issues. Definitely would recommend them to others around the valley for this kind of work.
We are so thankful that a friend connected us to Redhorn Pump Service! We noticed water pouring into our basement on our way out the door to the lake….good thing we did. It was July 5th, Friday, holiday weekend. We have a well “house” that is underground so when we opened that hatch we saw it was nearly full of water. Thankfully, these guys came out the very next morning and repaired our system on the spot! So thankful we had water back on in less than 24 hrs….on a holiday weekend, no less!! Many thanks to this company.
Old Well ran dry Mon, they came out same day & worked late. Finished today-Wed with it working again. It was a very tough job and they were so great to work with, understanding & compassionate. Highly recommend them for sure!! Thanks Guys!!
The folks at Redhorn were amazing. I called after hours with a pump/water issues and they gladly talked me through checking it out free of charge, and when we determined there was more issues they scheduled me for the following Monday and were able to install a new pump and get me running the same day. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have done buisness with them and will gladly do so if ever needed again. I very much appreciate their service.
Water went out on Friday night just before the Christmas weekend. Arnie came out Saturday morning and had everything flowing in an about an hour. Charged us WAY LESS than we were expecting. Thank you for getting our water back on!!!
