The guy that wears a plaid suit to work is apparently not a good customer service professional at all I will never shop red head and will advise every customer I have to stay away because of him
Had some work done on a Wheel Loader. Matt in service was really good to deal with. They were quick, understanding and very good at communication with us. They work with the customer and aren't pushy. Very good service. No complaints
