I am writing to explain my experience with Jason B at the Case Parts Counter this morning. The service that I received was horrible. I was made feel stupid and that I was an inconvenience picking up parts at the PARTS counter. First of all, no order could be found when an order was placed. There were no follow up questions about other names it may be under, just a “nope there’s no order here”.
