I normally have some excellent service from Redgum, but today was quite the opposite. I received a letter suggesting that I may want to have a health check via a nurse and my doctor. So I rang to book an appointment and spoke to Kailey. Kailey likes to banter, spar and be negative. ‘You’ll see the nurse and doctor together’ ( No that’s not correct).
