Consistently over assessed taxes and denial from review board for reassessment or reduction. Its expensive to hire a realtor / attny to fight MI tax tribunal. Redford is unreasonable in working with property owners, guess they prefer a bunch of rentals vs owner occupied properties. They play the SEV, TV game, when properties MV is less. If property sells for less then that's what the market warrants and taxes should reduce accordingly. Assessor and treasurer Cavanaugh shame on you!
