10/10 service especially with los help! Just got a new customer
Please I am asking anyone who wants to patronize this business DON’T!! 2700 spent in January 2026. And I’m still having the same problem as when I bought it in for repair. They fixed everything but what I asked them to fix. And the lady behind the counter is trying to tell me “since I put 13,000 miles on the car. That’s where my issue is”. Please save your money and find another place.❤️
Oil change was quick and they honored my Groupon
Beware!! They'll pretend to change your oil and filter, but not actually doing it! When I caught them they pretended some phantom kid was responsible that I never saw. It was clear it's their standard practice because the manager wasn't surprised when I said something and was very nonchalant. Hadn't even reset the maintenance light either and the oil dipstick wasn't seated in the crankcase. My daughter went to the shop about a week ago to take her own vehicle up there to get tested cuz it sounded like her engine and her vehicle was about to blow which she was driving a Dodge caliber. The engine did blow so they offered her a card that they had on the lot a Jeep Patriot which had been there for a year the person never came back to get it.
