I was told to meet with Joe, who I explained what needed to be done. Very pleasant individual who listened tentatively to my issues. After inspecting the vehicle, he explained in detail what needed to be done. Upon completion, I was more than satisfied with the work that was done. Hence forth, all my vehicles will be done here. Bye, bye to my previous mechanic of 13 years!
TRUST ME I’M A WOMAN WITH DECADES OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS, I've always been hands on with part replacements, building and/ or rebuilding (ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS) Sooooo, I know when uncomplicated (LABOR ONLY ) fixes are overpriced. What I DID NOT LIKE.#1 The (by phone) quote is ALWAYS cheaper than when you arrive (ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN).#2 The work that was done was simple easy uncomplicated fixes which were a bit pricey with ( NO WARRANTY / LABOR ONLY $$$TAG ). I waited awhile to feel comfortable about finding a non-dealership shop. The experience was perfect. They diagnosed my brakes without cost, did my oil change and replaced a tire monitor sensor. I had no appointment. Although they were busy, I was done within an hour.
Definitely a good shop, they fixed my car in a timely manner and it also runns good.
Staff was very professional and caring. My car was diagnosed they explain everything and repaired it in a timely manner. Will definitely return if my car need any other services.
