I had belongings stolen from my unit, and was never notified. When I went to get my things from my unit, there was a lock on the door that wasn’t mine. An old man in a red ford expedition, drove by and when i asked him about the lock he said he was a maintenance worker there and that my unit had been broken into several months ago. Do not use these people for your needs. I moved out in June and they continued to charge monthly from my credit card after I told them I was moving out. We are know in a battle over it and they are refusing to refund my money. It's family owned and they do not keep good records. Don't trust these people. I made that mistake. I'm putting in a complaint with the BBB next and filing a lawsuit to get my money back. It's a small town. These people do not live in Anahuac. I will never do business with them again.
