I went to Caliber because that was who my insurance recommended and my auto dealer didn't have a body shop, and I would say that I was a little resistant just because I've always been able to pick where I take my car, but I am in no way dissatisfied with the service and interaction with the staff. David was particularly nice and listen to all of my details including the accident that happened.
I will tell anybody to go to Caliber Collision. Their customer service is truly the best. My car had to sit there for almost a month, and they never once pressured or harassed me to come get it. Someone hit me, and I had a $1,000 deductible, so I really appreciated their patience and understanding. They’ve earned my business anytime — I’m so grateful.
