Stopped by to get an estimate, was told I needed an appointment just to get a estimate. Worked with several body shops in the past, including Redfield, this was the first time I’ve ever been told I needed an appointment for a estimate. They obviously don’t need more business if they can turn away someone.
Took my 2017 GTI there to get the drivers side quarter panel fixed. They presented me my car saying it was done with the piece not fixed fully, my lug nut covers missing, and my car covered in paint residue. They had it a week and then had to keep it another day to finish cleaning it. When I went to pick it up the next day my floor boards were covered in water. I brought my 2017 vw in to get a small repair done, I got the car back and where the bumper and quarter panel touch was not even or flush, and they didn’t notice it. I did(((you are a body shop how is that professional)))..... to make matters worse my car was clean when brought in and they gave it back filthy as hell to where I had to leave it there over night again.... I couldn't imagine using anyone but Redfield for autobody issues!fast, friendly, and so great! they finished my Terrian in 2 days and went above and beyond for me when I asked about some other issues I noticed on my car on my door! they are the best!
