What a great experience. My motorcycle broke down and Chris Redfern was friendly, quick and efficient with a tow and offer to help further. He knows motorcycles and the proper way to tow insuring no damage to the bike. I will call him again when up that way for repairs, a tow or better yet, just to join him for a ride.
Called late Friday. Needed an emergency brake replacement/repair. Brought it by first thing Saturday morning and done in less than two hours. Fair price for both labor and parts. Outstanding work. Highly recommended!
A few days ago my car wouldn't start so I called Chris at 7:30 am; he arrived at my home before 8:00 am and I was able to get to work by about 9:00. (I have a half an hour commute.) Chris has responded to last minute requests from me in the past as well. Very conscientious and knowledgeable about cars! I will only use Redfern Mechanical in the future and I urge you to do so as well!
On 5PM Sunday evening of a holiday weekend, my electric Kia died 5 miles up a very rural Forest Service dirt road. It was ultimately a problem for the dealer, but the only reason that car made it to the dealer the next day (and isn't still sitting on that mountain) is Chris Redfern's dedication to not leaving me or my car stranded.
These people are incredible!! Best mechanic shop experience I have ever had! We are so grateful for everything you did for our family! We can’t thank you enough!! Y’all are one of a kind!
