Been living here for a while. The neighbors are such nasty people. When I walk my dog my neighbors that walk my dog after I am already out expect for me to cross the street when they are owners to reactive dogs.
Built 2 homes for the family with Drees Builders in DFW area. I would give them 2/5. There were a few good things that I would like to highlight first but mostly the experience was less than mediocre. The goods: 1. had a good selection of plans to pick from and were willing to work with us to customize. 2. DREES DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. - DON’T BUILD WITH THEM OR DREES WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL. Building with Drees was, and still is, the worst experience ever. Poor craftsmanship, incompetent contractors, and more problems and stress than I could’ve ever imagined. I’m a reasonable person but this company is terrible. Worst customer service seen before. They are not going fix house problems after taking the house. I cannot see before 1 rating here.
Some of the rudest and nastiest people employed in management side. The poorest customer relations i have ever experienced.
Drees is a terrible builder! House has flooded 10 times in 4 years since it was built and they don't care. They don't stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY from them
We had very bad experience with Drees homes . We bought a brand new house from Drees which is custom build . House has many flooring issues 1- there was a big hump in the floor outside of our master bedroom ..though this was told to the contractor in the beginning but Drees could not take action ..after months of follow ups they fixed it but created another issue and made bedroom entrance sloppy they literally created small slide at the bedroom entrance .. when this was highlighted to the contractor he was very rude and men... read more
Do not build your home with this company. This is our 2nd time and the more you spend multiply the issues. From start to finish a total nightmare. Tried giving us cheaper stone, trash under tub install, messy paint job, travertine tile was defective, then wrong tile installed 7 months later...still not done by the way and bathroom is left demolitioned still....tile roof job was messy, stucco sprayed all over fence (still not cleaned), paint was sprayed on roof tiles, plumbing leaks from toilet and tub running through our ... read more
Do not stand behind the products that are damaged by their workers. You may get a slight goodwill gesture. But nothing to make it what they damaged.
