If i could give 6 stars i would, for the first time my daughter tell me “i like this dentist”,. I hate the dentist. Hadn’t been for 10 years. Dr Hatami was incredibly kind, professional and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel very at ease. So much so that I booked another appointment for 6 months time. If you need you teeth checked, font hesitate, go here. It’s brilliant. Thank you Dr. Hatami 🪥
I meant to review much earlier this year, but forgot. Just booked myself in again and am actually keen for my appointment. Amazing customer service, which I didn't think was something I'd ever say about a dentist. I felt comfortable and was kept in the know about what they were doing during my appointment. I could not have felt more comfortable at a dentist.
I visited Redfern Street Dental for the 1st time today (191225) as Id been experiencing very bad pain in a major molar that needed to be removed. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcome by Jackie. Rebecca, who was my Dental Surgeon, made me feel incredibly relaxed + at ease. She explained the entire process from start to finish. Before I knew it, Rebecca had extracted my tooth. I felt no pain whatsoever.
