The doctor's professionalism was low. When someone comes in with a youthful appearance, the professional thing to do would be to compliment them, not joke numerous times that they look like a teenager. won't be going back.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly and respectful, Dr Paul listened well to my concern and discussed calmly the best approach to take for my situation. Hobestly, great experience overall!
Dr. Shreyas Prabhala is a truly phenomenal doctor. I have spoken to him a few times over the phone and in person for appointments. He is very kind, patient and makes me feel very comfortable. He listens to everything I say and even if I forget to mention something and randomly bring it up later, he always hears me out. I haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor for a long time thank you very much Dr Prabhala
Best medical centre I've ever been to. Have seen multiple doctors for both simple and complex ongoing issues. Always feel heard and understood, taken seriously, all treatment options are discussed thoroughly. I always feel supported by every doctor I see in this practice and find them extremely respectful. Couldn't recommend them more.
had booked an appointment for 1130, and waited over 30min, with no communication from the reception team about the delay (i had to go up and ask). had to rush off to other commitments and didnt even get seen. this was my go to gp, but definitely will reconsider when booking face-to-face appointments.
