Sadly this medical centre has the rudest male receptionist who answers calls and speaks over patients while they are trying to explain themselves. Dr Michelle Penm has always been a highly educated person when attending to patients needs, and since she is not there now we have tried several times to get my parents medical records sent electronically and we have had a male answering the call and hanging up on patients and family of patients. The doctor's professionalism was low. When someone comes in with a youthful appearance, the professional thing to do would be to compliment them, not joke numerous times that they look like a teenager. won't be going back.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly and respectful, Dr Paul listened well to my concern and discussed calmly the best approach to take for my situation. Hobestly, great experience overall!
Dr. Shreyas Prabhala is a truly phenomenal doctor. I have spoken to him a few times over the phone and in person for appointments. He is very kind, patient and makes me feel very comfortable. He listens to everything I say and even if I forget to mention something and randomly bring it up later, he always hears me out. I haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor for a long time thank you very much Dr Prabhala
