I had a terrible experience with Redfern Medical Centre. I saw a cardiologist and paid $380 for my consultation, yet two weeks later, I am still chasing my reports. Every time I call reception, they promise to send them but never do. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told they don’t even have my reports. To make matters worse, they won’t pass on my message to the doctor and are now telling me to go back to my referring GP meaning I have to spend even more money just to chase down results that should have been provided... read more
Fantastic Medical Centre. Staff (including Receptionists) are always friendly and helpful and Doctors are punctual, thorough and kind. Special thanks to Sandra, who was a pleasure to speak to via a phone consult. I will continue to be registered with this medical centre and highly reccommed it.
