had booked an appointment for 1130, and waited over 30min, with no communication from the reception team about the delay (i had to go up and ask). had to rush off to other commitments and didnt even get seen. this was my go to gp, but definitely will reconsider when booking face-to-face appointments.
I had an excellent experience at Redfern Medical Centre with Dr Prabhala. He was highly professional, respectful, and very thorough in his approach. The consultation was efficient without feeling rushed, and the medical screening was comprehensive and well explained. I felt listened to and confident in the assessment and recommendations provided. It is also great to see that the centre still offers bulk billing, which makes high-quality care accessible. A great example of genuinely patient-centred care. Highly recommended.
Hi, Please assign a younger, more dynamic, cheerful, and polite person to the blood collection area downstairs (there was a woman and a man there on the morning of December 18th – middle-aged – they seemed very reluctant). There is a young man with glasses; he is very polite and friendly.
I’ve been going to this surgery for about 6 years and I really like the Doctorsnad the service.
