Physio sessions themselves were short but still good quality, however aftercare was poor. I had to ask for exercise/treatment plan to be sent to me after my 3rd visit, only then I was told to download and app and they’d be sent to me later. Followed up a second time, which I’d be told the plan would be sent/uploaded and still heard nothing back.

I couldn’t recommend Daniel highly enough. He has been fantastic throughout my rehabilitation from a torn meniscus and sprains to my PCL and LCL. Daniel guided me through the entire recovery process, from the very early stages of rehab through to getting back into proper strength training. Really good physio. No idea of value as never been elsewhere but seemed good to me. Had Stephen who was heaps good. Very friendly and great at what he does. Very helpful and got me up to scratch ASAP from y shoulder injury. 10/10 would recommend.

Steven was a really helpful and insightful physio who was able to identify the cause of my problems and provide me with an effective progression of movements to become pain free
