I first went to Redfern because my appointment at their Alexandria clinic fell through, but I am so glad it worked out that way. The Redfern clinic is much closer to where I live and I also got to meet the lovely Tara! Tara is not only knowledgeable but super friendly and gentle too. She helped me work through some knee pain I had been experiencing for months, to the point where running is not only no longer an issue anymore but I've been able to increase load comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had such a positive experience here. The whole practice is incredibly friendly, welcoming and flexible, always doing their best to work around my schedule, which I really appreciate. I’ve been seeing Tara, and she’s been fantastic. She’s patient, explains everything clearly, and always takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on and why we’re doing certain exercises or treatments. This place is amazing. Tara has helped me with some back issues and has been super helpful and professional. All of the staff are lovely and I feel like they have genuinely helped me make long term improvements.

Cannot rate highly enough. Tara has helped me several times to provide support for several conditions including knee and shoulder pain. Fantastic clinic. Highly recommend.
