Had a great massage done by Joshua he really listened to what needed to be fixed. I felt the massage was tailored to my needs and I felt a lot looser afterwards definitely coming back soon.
I have been going to Redfern physio for many months now. They have always been kind, capable and transparent. My physical therapist has helped me recover from a strain while also supporting me as I strengthen my muscles to prevent strains in the future. She meets me where I am at and I really appreciate her. I highly recommend this facility.

He provides clear, manageable exercise programs and uses an app to track progress, which makes it easy to stay accountable and see improvement over time. His approach is practical, evidence-based, and genuinely effective; I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
