It’s impossible to reach dr.redfelt or her MA even when we’re told to call after a procedure or to get results. I’ve had to wait a month for results after being told I would get a call in a few days. Very disappointing, it’s all about $, getting procedures done and there’s no care for the patient.
Not only was Dr. Redfelt knowledgeable, reassuring, and warm with my son, but the entire staff in her office was phenomenal. They even got him in and accommodated us for surgery since we were leaving town for a month and wanted to get in ASAP. Overall an incredible experience from start to finish.
Dr. Redfeldt is so upbeat and sweet. For my 3 year old daughter she was perfect! It was much less scary for her to see a nice a little lady than a big scary man. After searching for an ENT for months with no luck (because most wouldn't take my insurance or the place they did surgery wouldn't take my insurance). I finally found this office there the surgeons AND the surgery center would take my insurance.
