These guys are crooks & thieves, they promise you a 4% return on your money from a bond that is supposedly purchased as a backup for your investment. You do get a return for a few years and then...... nothing. Have not received a nickel from them for years and they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

This is a first hand review after 5 years seeing how ReDev treats their investors. Investors are told to expect 6-8% annual returns, but really ReDev delivers 0-2% returns. ReDev sources money to purchase properties from the owner of ReDev, Richard Crenian, at high prices allowing him to earn high profits from the sale while delivering substantially lower returns to investors than promised. A real estate investment company that takes people's initial investment with estimates of returns that are never fulfilled. Once your money is tied up in their investment properties they stop paying any annual returns to the investors. You never realise their advertised returns on your investment, nor do you get your principle investment back.
