The guy did good work and got my hot water working. He told me that he needed to order a part for whatever reason and would schedule a time to come back out. He said that this work was not covered under warrant so I paid him. A day later, we both agreed that this was indeed covered under warranty and he would get back with me. This was 2 months ago and he will not return my phone calls or emails.

Guys were awesome!! Showed up before the scheduled time and went right at it changing out our entire unit. They’re friendly, polite, personable and a pleasure to work with. True to form for us there was a few hiccups before completion but they ran right out and got the needed supplies or replacement part that was broke on the new unit and had everything running great shortly after. They cleaned up after themselves.. even vacuumed and you would never know they were even here. Already talked to them about another house we want... read more
