He came out and installed new windows throughout my entire house almost 2 years ago. He replaced a bay window for us and now it is sagging and won't lock. I have called him multiple times to set up a time for him to come and look at it because it is an installation error. He will not return my phone calls. I have had a window company come out and they stated that it looks like the window does not have enough support and needs more shims.
