I worked with Freddie and Marissa recovering from a partial ACL tear and my experience was top notch from the start. They help me get moving again and range of motion back then progressed me onto strength training quicker than i ever would have thought possible. Now i am feeling strong and confident in spite of my injury, i highly recommend Freddie and Marissa!
Marissa was very informative about the recovery process she will have me follow as well as the severity of the injury. She even took extra time to care for the sports I enjoy and how I can get back to the as quickly as possible. I will highly recommend her company and services to other athletes and anyone who experiences an injury looking for personal care.
Dr. Oxenford is extremely knowledgeable and has the best prescription moving forward for recovery from an injury
Marissa was awesome, she was super informative and knowledgeable. She helped me identify specific issues with my knee and helped me build a plan to get it back to where I need it to be to be able to compete again. I highly recommend her services!
Highly recommend Marissa at Redemption! I suffered a lower back injury while training and visited Marissa for help. She was able to provide dry needling & scraping to improve blood flow and reduce discomfort, along with mobility and glute activation exercises to address my hip pain and promote symmetry. It has been two weeks and I am already back on the training floor and still going thru the PT exercises to maintain!! Thanks for being amazing and giving me the confidence and ability to move, pain-free! Todd
