Fred is the best, lower back pain has been bothering me for years, after training with Fred, everything gets better. Happy that I am more capable of doing other exercises than before!
I have worked with Marissa years ago but since I am no longer local to her I had a remote session with her. It was as if we were still in the same room. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the mechanics whether you are an athlete on not. She is preparing me to have a better recovery after a surgery from an injury. Marissa was fantastic! She did a great job assessing my injuries for what would be the best treatment. She was very patient and made sure I was comfortable during my session. I recommend her to all my pals!
Can't recommend enough. As a busy single mom she makes scheduling and appointments so easy, accommodating! Flexible. Not to much hands of god!!! Fixes every issue, great programming for rehab. As someone with many injuries, and a long history of PT encounters she is top tier!
