If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I recommend Marissa to anyone that has joint/muscle issues, especially athletes. As a jiujitsu competitor, I need to keep up with training everyday at high intensity & with the help of marissa, my shoulder is feeling stronger and stronger during training & workouts. I wont go to anyone else, shes the best.

Marissa is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have had many injuries in jiu-jitsu and she does her best to make sure i can get back to training at 100% every time. Highly recommend.

Fred is the best, lower back pain has been bothering me for years, after training with Fred, everything gets better. Happy that I am more capable of doing other exercises than before!

I have worked with Marissa years ago but since I am no longer local to her I had a remote session with her. It was as if we were still in the same room. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the mechanics whether you are an athlete on not. She is preparing me to have a better recovery after a surgery from an injury. I highly recommend Redemption Physical Therapy even if you are nowhere near her location.
