Marissa is amazing! She starts with simple questions (describe the pain, what's happening, what happened, etc.) and chips away at the issue to isolate the problem. What sets her apart is that her sole goal is to get you back to peak performance without any pain. She is literally trying to put herself out of business because she sees you once and sends you away with a training program to target the issue. Marissa is freaking awesome ! Therapy is tough but I always leave feeling better than I came in.
Marissa is the very reason why I was able to recover so well post surgery. I had my rotator cuff, labrum and biceps all repaired via major shoulder surgery. I used a local Insurance based “franchise” PT place for a couple months and saw very little/slow progress. I now realize why it was only $10.00 a session.
