When our heating system stopped working at the worst possible time, he was kind, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident in the work being done. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend him enough — if you need HVAC help, make Redemption HVAC one of your first calls. You will not be disappointed !
We had an HVAC emergency during the cold weather and was referred to Redemption Mechanical by another vendor. Steve is very efficient and professional. He solved our problem and explained the cause to me. Great service. Highly recommended! :D
Overcharged for a boiler install, even claiming he was giving me a “discount”. Installed an outdated and discontinued unit as well. Save your money and choose a more reputable installer. “Take the money and run” isn't a great way to do business. There are plenty of other great plumbers out there that wont rob you blind…
We have used Redemption Mechanical many times over the years! Steve did a cleaning of our AC unit in our last home before we sold it, and recently in our new home, he replaced the entire boiler room for us, including our well tank. His work is excellent and we found him to be very reliable!
We had a heating system installed by Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and does excellent work. We are really happy that we chose to go with Redemption Mechanical. We highly recommend Steve.
