Just tried Redemption Fitness for the first time this morning and wow! It was an amazing workout surrounded by amazing ladies and a great coach, Brittany. I will be back!

Amazing place! Love the kids day camps and the adult classes. Coaches are the best and the community is unlike any other.
I was extremely nervous to reach out but wanted to jump kick my fitness. Jenn and her team took me in. I am midway of the "Onramp Program" (6 private training lessons). I have learned so much about workout techniques and gym familiarity. I have a long way to go but so thankful they met me where I am and gave me that grace I need. Don't let your anxiety hold you back and give them a call!
This is one of the best decisions I have ever made! I am only five months in, and I love this place! The facility is top notch, clean, organized and well maintained. The coaches are very energetic, encouraging, motivating and are always punctual. EACH workout is written with INTENTION, and it shows in the community that has been with Redemption for years.
