Preface: I’m a former CrossFit and NSCA Hockey trainer and I really enjoyed my time at Redemption. Stopped in for a week of classes while visiting my in-laws. Loved the gym’s vibe and staff. Fun, informed programming. Definitely a hybrid gym combining strength, power/Oly, met-con, strongman all in a scaleable way. Not purely CrossFit. Not purely power and Olympic lifting. Something between that was really fun and challenging. Would recommend for people in/around Clover or anyone visiting the area.
I’ve been doing the ladies 6 week class and have loved it! The coaches are awesome. I love how they’re quick to jump in with an alternative if you have an injury and I’ve also loved how positive the environment is!
I'm reluctant to tell people how great this gym is because it is becoming so popular. I've been going here for 6 months and I have made tremendous progress. The coaches are amazing! The community here is so supportive and there's such an intensity to the workouts. The gym is growing quickly and folks are transferring from other nearby CrossFit gyms and giving first person testimonials about how much better Redemption is.

Redemption fitness has something for all levels! The coaches are attentive to each member during workouts to tailor to individual needs. They are open to feedback and provide thoughtful programming. The community is supportive and uplifting. I look forward to going to the gym each day!!
