**"In my building, only 6 units were offered the opportunity to have an early EV installation. The developer charged us $2,500 plus GST per unit for something that costs no more than $300 Is useless, basically a stove plug. Now, we have to pay another $2,800 per unit just to be able to charge a car, with the proper instalation x unit and avoid fire and tripping breaker.
