If you’re looking for a quality build with responsive and attentive correction of deficiencies, steer clear. We bought into Addition and were met with a PLETHORA of deficiencies. The main level flooring has been a nightmare (completely unlevelled), you cannot get a hold of anyone from the developer. Recent updates. Brand New Town house and the roof started to leak. It took out the drywall on the walls and ceiling on the second floor. It took a lot of arguing and anger to get the developer in to even look at the leak. It was diagnosed as condensation, give me a break. After a few weeks the smell of mildew was getting worse and we demanded that the builder do something. This Developer claims Luxury High End living in their advertising. I just bout a new unit at 20335 70A Addition in Langley. This place has the worst fit and finish along with lost a mile long with deficiencies. Everything is pushed off to strata or the Portal to claim on the insurance. Whoever designed these buildings must have been first year architect. The deficiencies were promised to be repaired before moving in.
