I did a 3 month course with Samta dd, she showed me how making right food choices is not a short process but a lifestyle. Its easy to follow and you get to eat everything and she is a true motivator for your continued dedication. Samta can be defined as a Wikipedia for providing insightful comments for ways of rethinking food, preparation and a great motivator.
