redefinest has been in business since 2009. We do not advertise. We are a strictly a word of mouth referral based company. Our work can be seen on our website. Employees that underperform will be let go at any place of business. Some folks, out of bitterness of a strictly business decision, will bad mouth a small business and think they can damage years of reputation and respect we have built in the community.
One of the most uneducated, unprofessional companies I've seen in a long while. They take months, sometimes over a year, to come back and do warranty work that should have not even been an issue had they had a job superintendent who knew what they were doing to oversee the jod?? The owner Rajul Patel thinks duct tape and bubble gum will fix any problem and hold it all together, go figure??
