I always find I am not very self motivated when it comes to the gym, so I needed other people and coaches that would give me structure and encouragement. I really like the fact the classes are quite small, but everyone (coaches and other memembers) are super friendly and encouraging. I now really like going to the gym, and I feel so much better physically and emotionally. I can see the changes and improvements every week! Highly recommend coming in and giving it a try.

Before joining The Box, I had a commercial gym membership but rarely used it. From day one, the support here has helped me stay consistent with my training. The coaches are incredible and have really helped me move toward my goals. I’d recommend it to anyone feeling stuck or unmotivated

I found myself doing random bits and pieces in the gym. Yet, by joining The Box, I'm following something more structured, doing the exercises correctly (which I thought I knew how to do) and seeing better results. The coaches are all on deck, providing me with technical support that makes all the difference. I would recommend The Box to anyone who is struggling to see results but also wants to learn how to lift correctly and safely.

Absolutely love coming to the box! The team and environment is incredible and exactly the change I needed in my training. The small classes are perfect for more personalised training while still being able to train with others! Each session is different but perfect to recognise progress and has helped me a tonne with my accountability! I love feeling strong and working in blocks to progress on different movements while also being able to increase my fitness.
