I was referred to Elmira Powell, PA-C by a close tree-hugger friend probably 15 years ago. Elmira believes there's more to female health than what allopathic medicine offers. She supports me in my natural wellness journey and is a plethora of love and information. I WISH she could be my primary care PA but over-controlling insurance doesn't allow OBGs to act as PC's anymore. I’ve been going to Dr Rivard for years. My insurance changed. I wasn’t told they weren’t in network until I arrived for my appointment. I left. I was called back 2 days later to say my insurance was in network, so I was rescheduled. At my appointment, the front desk lady came in the exam room to say that, in fact, my insurance was not in network. Wasted my time, not once but twice. Definitely do not recommend anyone go here

Dr. Rivard is wonderful. She performed my hysterectomy and also has seen me on many occasions for routine appointments. My scaring healed beautifully. She and her staff are so kind and her new office is wonderfully calming. I appreciate them so much! Thank you Dr. Rivard and your amazing team!
