My daughter and her volleyball teammates trained here and loved it! Great staff and trainers that care about their athletes. Coach Donte took time out of his schedule to attend athletic events in support of his athletes. Highly recommended!!
Donte has a program for high school athletes to help build strength, speed and agility for their specific sport. He is very knowledgeable, passionate, and a great motivator. My daughter worked with him and she saw results within weeks!
We are a month in with Donte personally training my son and already seeing improvement in strength, balance, and agility. The best part is that my son loves going. Donte makes him feel confident and excited to work out. His results have motivated him to keep at it and give his all!
I have been going here for 2 months, and my experience has been great! The facility is nice and clean. Coach Donte has been a positive and motivating coach, providing great training. He has also helped me with my jumpers knee, which I have fully been able to recover from. He’s also been able to help me become a better and stronger player in volleyball! Definitely recommend to everyone.
