We are a month in with Donte personally training my son and already seeing improvement in strength, balance, and agility. The best part is that my son loves going. Donte makes him feel confident and excited to work out. His results have motivated him to keep at it and give his all!

I have been going here for 2 months, and my experience has been great! The facility is nice and clean. Coach Donte has been a positive and motivating coach, providing great training. He has also helped me with my jumpers knee, which I have fully been able to recover from. He’s also been able to help me become a better and stronger player in volleyball! Definitely recommend to everyone.

We discovered Redefined Elite Performance this summer, as part of my daughter’s HS Volleyball training program. From the first visit, we knew we’d found a facility that would take her to the next level! Great for athletes to go to train during the offseason/season , to recover but also to rebuild and improve performance on and off the court and fields. The Coaches are great, they make it a family environment.
